Identifying and Supporting Individuals with Complex Needs
Melissa Richards, Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at The Columbus Organization

Individuals with complex needs make up only a small part of our caseloads but supporting them takes up a substantial portion of our time and effort. Complex needs may be medical, behavioral, social, or any combination of these. Individuals with complex needs require a different case management approach, that is holistic and integrated. In this webinar, we will discuss ways of identifying individuals with complex needs and how case managers can support these individuals in having a healthy, happy, and meaningful life.

Attendees will learn to:

1. Describe complex needs and the challenges that accompany them

2. Identify individuals with complex needs

3. Use a new approach to support individuals with complex needs
