Who We Are

DeAnna holds a Masters in Health Administration and a Masters in Leadership/Education and she is currently completing her Bachelors Degree in Nursing. DeAnna is currently the Director of Case Management at Columbia St. Mary’s in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she oversees the Medical Surgical and Intensive Care units, Emergency Department, and five outpatient clinics and their Case Managers and Social Workers. DeAnna has over 25 years of healthcare experience working with Behavioral Health and Addiction, Medical, and Geriatric care strategic planning. She has worked extensively within the managed care process to ensure that the clients receive quality care at a low cost. She is also an advocate for decreasing readmissions to the inpatient setting by talking with clients on the importance of securing a primary care physician and medication management. DeAnna continues to be involved in the community in Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI through churches as well as community events. DeAnna was appointed to the NACM Board in May 2016.
